No. Flexibility is not a requirement & this is an area within Yoga we will develop. The only requirement is an open-mindset with the willingness to learn. Flexibility is gained with consistent practice.

Bodywork FAQ
Bodywork is an advanced & exclusive therapeutic massage experience performed Thai-Style on the floor with mats, pillows & blankets for your comfort. Sound healing, Reiki Master techniques & individualized care is applied throughout.
Bodywork & massage have similarities in that they both involve muscle manipulation, relaxation & decompression leaving you feeling elevated & relaxed. Bodywork is a more highly-developed technique that includes Reiki Master energy applied throughout, trigger-point release, myofascial pliability & increased oxygen & Prana flow in the entire body. Every Bodywork session can be customized to address areas of need.
